FP2 Rescheduling question (in Boston)

Hi All,
My wife and me got FP2 notification on July 13.
The scheduled date is Aug 12. My wife is out of country
on AP and will be back on Sep 5.

I want to rescedule PF2 for her. Should I send out
rescheduling request immediately, or should I
wait for couple of weeks to make sure that the new
rescheduled date is not too early for her.

(There is no choice of date for rescheduling
appears on FP invitation - only choice of day
of the week: Wednesday of Saturday) :confused:
