FP2 Notice??????

Hi Guys,

My I485 RD is 01/23/2003 and FP1 is 03/12/2003. My PD is 07/16/2001, But till now I haven't received my FP2 notice. Please let me know are there any one in this boat.

Raise Expedite Request

It is quite long time. You send an expedite application to NE service center. If you serach "Expedite" in this forum, you will get the info.

I think that you FP2 notice is lost somewhere. I am having a RD of 01/29/03 and I get FP2 on 26 november.
The way to get this done is call the 1800 number tell them that everybody around your date gets finger printed and you doubt that its lost somewhere.
Second thing is you can creat your portfolio on INS website which can tell the last update date of your case.
Call your lawyer as well and ask his/her opinion.
I dont think that you can do anything more than that.

I have moved to the new address on Nov 1st' 2004 and informed INS.

My I485 status on the USCIS says:

On November 11, 2004, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

Did you guys get the same message for address change? I talked to my Attorney, they haven't received any info on my case.

Please let me know, if you have same message.

I am in a very similar boat...MY PD is12/2001 and I485 RD is 03/2003 and FP1 is 05/2003. I still haven't recieved my fp2 . I have the exact same message online after I changed my address in Nov04. In fact I know some one who's RD is in April03 and recd FP2 notice in Dec04. I don't know whats going on.Hopefully we should see our FP2 notices soon.

I changed my address a while back, I am seeing the same message.
A week later I get a AR11 form from USCIS. It is an Alien's Change of Address Form and you have to submit the Form AR-11 within 10 days of an address change.

I am also in the same boat . My FP1 expired in August last year. My I-485 RD is 02-28-2003. No FP2 Notice yet.
