fp2 notice

Hi ,
me and my hubby are july filers.we recieved our fp 2 notice today which is scheduled for march 4th...
but since we can't go on that day is it possible to go there at a later date.it says on the notice date we can go any following wednesday...my question is should we call them to reschedule or just go there with the notice.
any advice is higly appreciated...

Have you received RFEs for your cases? Sorry not to be able to answer your question (there seem to have been a couple of people asking this recently so hopefully there are answers on the forum).

I am also a July filer who had 1st FP done in August. No 2nd FP notice yet.

may i know did u call up BCIS and ask for 2FP??
since I am also july filer and FP expired and i have not yet recieved any???
I think you can call up application resource center ask for conviniet date..this is just suggestion !! not sure!!!

no we did not call bcis to request 2nd fp....our ead expires in july so we are getting ready to renew it in couple week coz it is taking abt 4-5 months these days

You can walk in any ASC even earlier than appointment date without rescheduling.
Most of ASCs accept it, but some ASCs don't.

we would love to go early for fp...but since i am out of town i can go only in march 2nd week earliest...:mad:

FP for the second time

You can go in during the period they specified (usually they provide a week) or any Wednesday from then on until the end of the period specified in the letter. My wife received the second FP notice a few weeks ago and I went with her to the support center. We reached the Philly support center around 10:30 a.m. and it took us less than 15 minutes to get her finger print taken. I received the letter two week ago (unfortunately not at the same time as my wife got it) and plan to go to the support center may be next week or the week after. Hope this willl help.
 
2nd FP's are send based on the load of local ASC

So, don't get concerned if you don't get 2nd FP notice, because your ASC might be overbooked at this time. There are people with Mar 02 RD and still waiting for 2nd FP at Newark, since the center is over booked.
 
can my husband go for early finger printing coz i wont be able to go b4 the scheduled date? will there be a problem if we do our 2nd FP's at different times.
