FP2 in October.. still waiting for approval

My second FP were done in October - but I am still waiting for my I-485 approval. Are there any others in same situation..
 
Did you get the FP notice?

or did you pro-actively go to the USCIS office and give your FP.

I am in the same boat as you but have not yet got the notice for my FPs.

Actually it's a bit more complicated. USCIS sent the notice to the wrong address - so i missed the deadline whcih was 10/25/06. And I went with a photocopy of the same notice (lawyer's copy) on 11/04/2006 and gave the FPs. I still have'nt received the FP Notice that was sent to the wrong address.

So you actually went for 2nd FP without receiving the FP notice - were you successful in giving the FPs - if so, what documents did you showed to get FPs done?
 
I have not done my second FPs

I did not get any FP notice yet. My application is stuck in Name Check. So I wont receive the FP till my name check gets cleared.

So no, I have not yet given my second FP.
 
I am in same boat. I calles uscis they didn't even answer my questions.

Before they use to listen and answer to your questions. But now they will ask couple of questions based on that they will help ot may tell call ofter 60 days.

I also did 2nd FP in Oct and have seen 4 LUD since then. No further good news yet.

My 1st FP was done last March. I knew I was in name check earlier this year but have no idea whether I am out of it or not. Wondering if this is a good sign or not. Very anxious.
