FP2 done in 06/04/04 no LUD Change. Any one in similar position

I have done my FP2 in 06/04/04, but my LUD says same old message of RFE Recd on 01/09/04 and LUD is 01/11/04.. Any one here with same situation. I am June 02 NJ filer.
 
Same as my case

I'm also a NJ filer. Did my 2nd FP at Newark on June 22. Checked LUD every day, but no change at all. It seems NJ is a slow state. Hope my EAD3 will trigger 485 process. :(

I-485 RD : 9/26/02
FP1: 11/02/02
FP2: 6/22/04

EAD3 RD: 7/15/04

2nd FP done on 05/14/2004
LUD has changed to 05/27/2004

no changes in message still shows 2 year old message.

right now it's 83 days (2.7 months) after 2nd FP.
no idea when will approval come.??
