The BCIS on line - status did not change still and message says

To update your address, please contact the service center where you submitted your application during business hours.""
I heard from my friend that this needs to get updated as

on jan ...........the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made.""
do i have to call BCIS? please advise.. Thanks!
