Hello everone,

my 140 was approved in oct 2003 and my 485 was filed in june 2003. As of today i have not got an fp notice...should i be worried? is anyone out there in the same boat as me?

Most filers since june 2003 onwards have not received FP. There is some new policy that they will do FPs once they are close to approval, i.e., clear off some of the backlog. This is so that they do not have to do FP1, FP2,...

Heard they recently started issuing FP1 notices to June 2003 filers. I am July 2003 filer so I guess you will get it before I do.
 
Received FP Notice

Received the FP Notice last Friday (8/20). My EAD was approved on 8/12 and my lawyer also wrote a letter July end requesting for the FP Notice. Not sure which was instrumental in generating this notice. The notice is dated 8/14 for the FP appointment on 9/7. I hope you will get yours soon!

Oct 2003 I-485 Filer still waiting for FP1

I got RFE on medicals and I have the medical again and sent them

waiting on FP1

I140 ND 09/10/03
I140 AD 07/15/04

I485 ND 10/15/03
I485 RFE 07/28/04, sent reply 08/20/04

FP1 waiting :confused:
 
As I already mentioned I have not yet received my FP call. My RD is 3.31/03.

I called the Customer service and they say what I find on website.

ANyone who filed in 03 and did not get FP?

I have not received FP notice yet (ND 04-01-03). Keep this thread alive by book marking and updating it frequently .

hello fellow gc applicants

my wife got the notice for FP1. We both mailed the applications together. I assume that I should get mine in a few days.

I 485 AD ???

FP1 for spouse 8/26
FP1 for me ??
 
i got my fp1 today I485 RD is Aug.03. My wife didn't get hers although her i485 rd is the same as mine. we got our ead2 and ap2 a week ago. Any thoughts on what's going on? Also anyone with fp experience at Alexandria office, please share.

MY I140/485 RD June 26 2003 ND July 09 2003
I140 AD April 27 2004

I hve not received my FP yet.

I want to know were and how you got the info you have specifed.
Do you think that I could my FP in few weeks. Let me know.

I got fp1 on aug 26. I need to do my on Sept 13th
My wife hasn't got it yet.
