Does VSC send FP notices for people with ND of OCT-99 and PD not current ?

Please post your info if you have got FP with PD not current and ND of OCT-99

  I am happy to be the one as per ur message. My Pd is Jan 99 / EB3 / Oct 99 ND my lawyer sent a mail yesterday saying he recd FP.

My PD is May 98/EB3/RD,ND 11/99 did my FP done on 09/00, still waiting for 485 approval.
Does VSC wait for PD to become current?
