FP Tracking for NJ , RD : 28th Sep

ric - Question abt early FP @ Newark

According to one of your messages Newark does not allow early FP.what if i have a genuine reason - flight tickets for vacation....etc. Did they tell you why its not allowed? please explain.

Got a call from Lawyer about FP notice for myself and my wife:

FP appointment date: March 7, 2002 @ Newark, NJ

RD: 10-01-01
ND: 11-20-01
EB2/VSC/INDIA/Got EAD and AP from Newark

What does AVM say after you receive FP notice? Has it changed the AVM message?

Got FP notice dated 1/31/02 and AVM updated only today saying that notice was sent on 2/7/02. FP on 3/7/02
 
Got AVM updated and also got FP at home ..

Looks like lot of people got their FP notices... good job VSC .. hope to get done by August at this rate
