FP Tracking for Marylanders

FP Before Schedule DAte

I\'d just inquired in wheaton Office about FP scheduling before . They said we can only postpone ( of which process will delay ) but cannot be prepone.
 
How long to wait????????

Did anybody talk to an IIO regarding FP in MD? I tried for 20mnts and got disconnected. I think except MD everywhere else it is moving fast.

RD - 07/23/01
ND - 09/06/01
State - Maryland(Baltimore)
I STILL DIDN\'T GET MY FP NOTICE....
Any idea what would have gone wrong ? How can I check ?
My friend with notice date in november, also a Marylander got FP notice. Please help, if anyone can throw a light into it. I am extremely worried. I called VSC, Lawyer - no one was helpful. Automated voice response, plays the old message -"received you application....it takes 360-540 days to process this type of..."
Do they change this message after they issue FP notice ?
I will really appreciate your help ...pls post your thoughts...
