Did your case xferred to CSC? I\'ve similar situation. I\'m in Atlanta & mine I140 is approved for CP from VSC as my company is Philly based. What are the chances of case getting xferred? What ur lawyer suggested? Your company is in VSC region?

My case is in VSC. I recd EAD and AP from VSC. I got FP because my state of residence (Arizona) falls under CSC. All my receipts have been issued from VSC.

May be \'coz Chicago-IL comes under NSC jurisdiction
