My RD is April 22, 2002 at CSC

ANy body else has received the finger printing notice with the same RD dates?
 
My RD/ND for I-485 is May 22/02 and got reply for FP on June 11 and the schedule for fingerprint is July 10,2002.

If the FP is due after 120 days of filing 485, u shd talk to the IIO

I guess anything over and above 120 days, you should talk to the IIO to find out the status and see if things are fine. The best thing is to pester ur attorney to call them up rather than u calling.

i remember having read somewhere in this forum that you can fax an inquiry regarding fp. i am not sure though. pls check.

My lawyer sent three FAX notices already and had a AILA liason talk to CSC, but got the Same Reply " Wait till it get's scheduled from National scheduler " .

By the Way, I didn't see too many cases like mine in CSC, but there are a lot from TSC. Supposedly many cases which have RD - May 01 - sep 01, which are supposed to be scheduled at national scheduler.
