FP to EAD

Hi! I had my FP done in February from CSC, I waiting for my work permit. How long does it take for the work permit. Also I have received my travel documents but not the work permit yet. Can someone help on this.

As far as I understand there is no relation between FP and EAD.. If u don't get your EAD in 120 days from filing, u can get a temporary one from your local INS.

Time to EAD in TSC.

Hi Guys, I renewed my EAD along with my wife's. We fedexed it to INS on 10/16/2002 and received our EAD's in hand on 3/4/2003. This is just to give you an idea.

I did my FP on Feb 10th....my AP got approved on Feb.24th....EAD on March 4th...

I guess mine will give you enough explanation....all u need is PATIENCE...
