Hello,

After FP (code 3):
1. When does LUD (on USCIS site) change ? Does it change MULTIPLE times ?
2. If LUD changes does it mean FP cleared by FBI ?
3. How do we know that FP 'stage' (FBI/USCIS) has been successfully completed ? Does USCIS site status change to something like 'FP review completed' OR does it remain same as was before FP ?

I have a few questions too. I hope you get a response to your questions soon.

I have a question for EB friends on these forums. My wife and kids' applications were returned to attorney on July 5 and the attorney sent back all the three application sets with the missing documents to TSC the same day and I am hoping TSC received the packets on July 6, 2007.

Do you think they will be accepted and issued SRC numbers soon? The IO said I should wait till the end of the month to get receipt numbers.

Meanwhile, I received FP code 3 notice today (July 16) and the date for that is 08/03 and I am hoping my wife and kids' applications are accepted by then. Why would the USCIS want to send me for FP now and send my dependents later?

Further, what is so special about FP Code 3 compared to code 1 and code 2?

Thanks for any thoughts, from anybody (including Jackolantern).

I know some....

Code 3 = code 1+2 (that is, 10 finger prints, picture and signature.
Also, if you have the FP but not your dependent, they may able to take it all together with your appointment. I recalled someone just did that.
 
LUD Changes twice. 1st on the same day FP is taken and 2nd the next day.

My guess is, 1st means USCIS got FP and sent it off to FBI to check and 2nd when result is received by USCIS (sent by FBI)
