My 1st finger printing done in May'2003. and status of I-485 (EAC #) is as follows:

Application Type: I485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status
Current Status:
On May <day>, 2003, the fingerprints for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were collected and are pending review.

Anybody has any idea, .... why it shows "pending status"? When I asked lawer, he said "nothing to worry". Do I need to take any action? I have not yet received 2nd finger printing notice.... Should I need to worry about this?
