FP: What I need to take to Local INS office
Hi,

Our FP is scheduled at local INS office.

1. What do I need to take to the INS office along with our FP notice+I485receipt notice+EAD receipt notice ???
Any other docs such as employment letter etc ??

2. Could u explain to us what to expect at the INS office ??
3. Do we need to fill out any application ???
4. if We need to fill out any application, What will be asked in the application ??

passport and FP notice

passport and FP notice is all you need.

They may make you fill out a simple form there - listing your name, address, SS# etc.

When I went they also asked for my Drivers License, SSN card, EAD card

Application form

I need to know about the application form..

could u be more specific about the application form ??

Application had some real basic questions, Name, address, weight, height, color of hair, eyes , etc. It is more like a receipt. They will write the finger print date and time and give the application back to you as a proof that you have completed your finger print. Nothing to worry about.....
