FP retaken

I\'ve been notified I need to have my FP retaken. I did the first one in late November. My RD is 6/2001 and ND 8/2001.

Anyone else has similar experience? Is INS going to start to review and process my application only after they receive my second FP?

Any opinion will be appreciated
