FP results received date keeps changing!

Guys,

My FP results received date still updates itself every day to the current date. This has been going on for about a month now. How many of us are still having this issue? I know several people mentioned this earlier.

Wonder if this is a strategy on the part of INS to artificially reduce the time interval between FP results received and approval in order to make them seem more efficient! Wouldn't be surprised to what they might resort to at this point. :mad:

Has anyone tried calling the USCIS about this? Since its related to I485, we should be able to inquire on our own and not need to involve the employer/lawyer for this type of inquiry.

I plan to try and call them, but wanted to know if anyone else has tried this and if so, what was the response?

Anyone got this

On January 2004 , the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made

and

On November 20, 2003, the fingerprints for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were collected and are pending review.
