FP rescheduling rejected - please advise

Hi,

My FP rescheduling was rejected (i had rescheduled already once).

I got my original FP notice back with a letter mentioning :

"Submit your request for further reschedule to the office that has jurisdiction over your application or to the USCIS office if filed locally"

Does anyone come across this situation? Does it mean that my application will get abandoned?

I'm delaying notice to get married in May, 2005.
 
Quick question

Did you also change your address between rescheduling? May be that could explain their rejection.

Also, could you let me know .. what was the time period between your initial appointment date and the 1st rescheduled date?
 
What is the reason did you told ?

What is possible reasons can you tell to re-schedule FP.
Can we call and tell them to re-schedule after 2-3 months.
Is this what reasons can we explain?

Cannot rescedule via phone

You can call them ask what your options are.
They advised us to go to the office and reschedule or mail the office your original FP notice alongwith a letter stating the reason for reschedule.

In our case our appointment was at San Francisco office and we reside in North Carolina, so we asked them to reschedule to Charlotte office.
