FP rejected in New Rocehlle, NY

Too bad- 1st FP done in New Rochelle on 11/26, got a letter saying it has to be redone. Does anybody have similar experience and whether this will delay the GC process?

Spouse got the same from New Rochelle..Redid and it was fine..

We called back to confirm and they said that the second time it had gone thru....

my avm did not change, still saying \'fp received on 12/5 and pending review\' while my wife\'s was changed to\' on 12/31, result of fp received and process renewed\'
 
Does AVM changes after FP reviewed

MY wife and I had our FP on 11/29/01 and the AVM says that they are pending review . Does this change once the FP are reviewed.

I have not received the approval yet.As long as it has not been taken up by the officer ,i think it really does not matter, but if it has already been assigned and the officer finds that the FP is not complete,he will put it back in the pile.Probably you have to call and request it to be reassigned back..That would be a delay.Anyway after two attempts of FP,if it does not clear, it is transferred to the local INS office for an interview.
