FP redo notice mailed just one day before tha appointment !!

My wife finally got an FP redo appointment 3 months after requesting a rescheduling at Newark. Thanks for the USPS; they took only one day to deliver and we are fortunate to get the FP done.

When did they send it? How many days before you received it?

Where did you send this recheduling request to? Local INS or vermont?

I thought that if you miss an appointment for FP, you can go on any wednesday following the appointment date till a specific period (about couple of months)! So, I don\'t understand the need to postpone the FP appointment unless ofcourse they don\'t allow this for FP redo!

We had called and asked for the possibility of a walkin FP. We were told to wait for an appointment.
