that is not unusual. Vermont is processing post April 00 cases differently by sending out FP notices much earlier. However, it is approving 485 by RD/ND which is currently Oct99.
My RD is also 09/00 and I have my FP done in Jan01.

Folks,
   Just got an email from my lawyer saying that I have been requested by INS gods! to appear for FP on Mar8th. EB3,India,I485 RD Oct1/99,
ND Oct13/99, GC process started in Dec97. Can Kiran Hegde/other GC gurus shed some light on approximately when my case can be approved?
