Hi Folks !

         I can\'t beleive this !!!!!!

       We got finger prints today from my lawyer and it\'s scheduled on 1st week of november. Here are my details.

PD : 03/30/1999
Category : EB2
Country: India
I-485 RD : 06/14/2000
I-485 ND : 06/23/2000
EAC # : EAC-00-204-*****

       How long the finger prints would valid ?.

Looks good, I think they will Move the EB2 now. Did you get the CP notice also from NVC ???

I don\'t know what is CP and NVC. we got only two documents it says we have to go to local INS office (Pittsburgh) for Finger printing.

Congrats!
It\'s really difficult to follow INS as to on what basis they process I-485\'s.
Some of them who have ND of OCT 99 are still waiting for their FP\'s.

My PD is Jan 99 and RD/ND is Feb 00 and am still waiting for the FP.

As per you, you have a PD of March 99 and RD/ND of June 00, and yet you got the FP\'s. One of my guess is that it could be based on Company.
My assumption is that you will get your GC six months after FP and that could be sometime in March/April 01.
That could be a record time, i.e approx. 1 year, getting a GC for any EB2/India Category.
BTW. what is your company name?
