FP received for ND 09/08/2003

Hi,
I got FP notice today. My ND(140/485) is 09/08/2003. 140 is approved on Aug 18th.

My wife still didn't get the notice. Anybody know when they will send the notice to FP after sending it to the applicant???

I would like to know whether you received it directly or receive it through your lawyer.

Got first FP Notice today


I and my wife got FP notice today. It was mailed directly to my home address. I assume that my Lawyer might also have received his copy.

ND 485 - 9/12/03
Second EAD applied under process now.

FP notice received yesterday

I and my wife received FP notice yesterday.
485 ND 8/8/03
140 AD 6/14/04

FP scheduled date 10/05/04 in Providence RI

EB3 and RIR, MA

My attorney also received a copy yesterday itself.

My EAD is actually ending in Dec 2004, but I started the renewal last month still waiting for reply from Lawyer.

In my case too, I received a finger print notice, while my wife didn't. My I 140 filed in May 2003 is still pending.

My I-140/I-485 ND is sep 23rd 2003.

My husband received his finger print notice today.

My kids are 11 and 9. I and my kids did not receive FP notice
Hoping that may receive tomarrow.

I also have one kid 10, but I think kids do not get the FP.

Can any expert confirm this

SunderGC,

I verified rules and regultions for finger printing. They will take finger prints, if the kid is 14 or older. So we dont get FP noticies for our kids.

Thanks for the update. Feel lucky to not have our kids go thru the pains of taking them to the office and having them FPed. Although my son would have loved it, since he would be able to miss his school for a day.
