Attorney received the finger prints notice last friday. I should get it in mail tomorrow. My EB3 PD is 1/98 but with my I-140 being approved in EB2 the attorney sent a request to process my I-485 in the EB2 category. In Eb2 my priority date is 1/99 and as you know is current right now.
