FP received, but scheduled sooo late

I received FP notice on Sat(07/14). However, the scheduled date is 11/09, 4 months from now. It\'s ridiculous! So far on this board I haven\'t seen anyone else who has FP date as late as Nov. I think maybe I happen to belong to a very busy ASC(South El Monte ASC). I know I may try to get FP ahead of schedule, but if CSC does not process my case before the scheduled date, I am worried that I will not have chance to see 485 approval this year.

Any comments? Suggestions? Thanks.

My FP was also scheduled \'late\' - 1.5 months - but yours is certainly a record from what I\'ve seen so far.

I did my FP on time, mostly due to external circumstances.

I got even later date: 11/14. But I have a later ND(4/11) and my wac# is 01-155-*****. I\'m in LA and will do my FP in Van Nuys.

Don\'t know why FP is shcheduled so late. As I posted
last week, my ND is 03/27 and my FP is scheduled in
OCT. But a collegue of mine whose ND is end of Apr. 2001
and his FP is scheduled in Aug. So looks like to me
it is random. But being random is not something uncommon
in CSC.

From what I have seen in this forum is that doing FP ahead of
schedule is not a problem and many people have done that.

If this is the case, many applications with later ND will be approved even before LA applicants can take their FP. It\'s not uncommon one guy with later ND gets approved earlier, but is it common that one guy with later ND gets approved before another guy with earlier ND can take FP?

My ND is March 8th - I received FP notice on 7/11
and scheduled for 7/30. I went ahead and got my FP done.
