The appointment date is 3/2/2001 (tomorrow).

My question is .. is there are way to find out if this was my first FP notice or a rescheduled one? I suspect the lawyer might have screwed up the first time and this might be my second FP notice.

Can I just call IIO and find out if this was first or second?

Can I ask the person who takes my fingerprints if this is my first notice or not?

The person fingerprinting you would not have any idea about this. You best bet is talking to an IIO.

I wouldn\'t bother though. There isn\'t much you can do about it even in lawyer screwed up.

Just get over with your FP and your approval should be pretty close.

Another question

A friend told me that my FP notice must be a rescheduled one since it has a specific date and time on it as opposed to first-time notices which have a range of dates for the applicant to choose from and just appear at the ASC on any day in the range.

Is that true? Does anyone know if a specific date means rescheduled and a range of dates means first FP notice?

Mine also only has one specific date, and says if you can not make it, fill the portion of rescheduling and return it to VSC. I thought all 10/99 to 03/00 FP recently are the same.
