FP question

I have FP done a few days ago. I called FBI and was told that the FP image is not readable and thus it was rejected by FBI. When I did FP, the scanner displayed warning message instead of pass. But I was told by the representative that it is OK. ASC collected my FP notice from TSC, would you please let me know what I should do? Do you have the phone number of Charlotte ASC? Thank you very much.
 
You might want to schedule infopass apt., go there and explain them. They might let you give another FP without waiting for TSC to send one.
 
Thanks ihack1. Do you or any others know if FP also includes name check and background check? I read this forum and many mentioned name check and background check. But I don't know what these steps are for. Should I assume that if FBI sent the FP results, i.e. no arrest/criminal records, back to INS, then this means that all checkings are done? Thanks.
 
they will schedule another FP for you...since they were rejected...

Instead of waiting you can do this...
When you went for your FP, they would have given you a piece of paper with a time stamp on it. Take that with you, tell them that your prints were not readable and you want to redo it....

Don't need an infopass for ASC...only for the INS offices to see an officer...
