I and my spouse received FP notices should appear in local ASC, CA on Apr 27, 2004. The problem is my spouse got a temporary assignment and staying in NJ. Can he go to the local ASC center in NJ and have finger printed? Also he accepted a temporary assignment and he can not take off a couple hours to go to the ASC. My question to gurus is can he go to different ASC on different date other than specified in the FP notice.
