FP Question, Please help!

I had FP done this Tuesday and checked with the FBI representative today. She told that the quality of the FP was not good enough so they rejected it, they thought I need to redo it but they said only INS could handle this matter and I need to wait for them to contact me.

Anyone who had similar experience or any suggestions? Could I only wait or go to ASC to redo it directly?

Where did you go for FP and which FBI Ph# you called to check?
Is FBI ph# same for all VSC applicant irrespective of FP collection INS center?

Hi, as far as i know there is only one FBI number to check the status. But i am sorry, i don\'t have it right now. But if you do a search in this site u will get it.
