Hi ,

My 485 (EB2/RD 09/99) was filed from VSC (my company\'s headquarter
Is in NJ and my project was in NY when we filed 485). Meanwhile
I had to move to California for the other project. Well, is there any way
I can do my finger printing in California without having to go to the
NJ? (I have given my brother\'s NJ address as my c/o address) Changing
address at INS is not a good option for me as my projects are of
small duration (2-3 months ) and I might be in any part of US for the
next project. Also my spouse 485 was filed at the later date (I got
married after filing my 485) so probably our applications will be
processed differently.

Your spouse case will be process with you. May be she will get approval a little bit later. One of my friend has the same case as you, he filled later for her wife. He got the FP but her wife did\'t get the FP.

As far as concerning to the address change when you got the FP notice, you can go any nearest INS approved location or ASC. They don\'t have any problem. I have the same thing. I got FP for NJ. But I am in MI and I will do it in MI
