My wife and I had our FPs done in May.
On June 1 2004 my case status changed to what is saying:
On May 28, 2004, the fingerprints for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were collected and are pending review.
Although my wife's "Last Updated Time" changed from 2003 to the same date of June 1,2004, the case status didn't change at all. After one week, she received a FP notice again due to the fact that "FBI cannot process the previous one". So on June 24 she did FP again at no extra cost.
After that, I have monitered BCIS website and today I found BCIS touched her case on 07/07/2004; however, it is the same case status:
Current Status:
Your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status was received on December 18, 2003. We mailed you a receipt with information about processing. It is taking between 570 and 600 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete.
I am very concerned that she will have to do FP again because otherwise the case status would have changed to something like "pending review or resumed..."
Any comments?
