FP on 10/21 but haven't received FP notice

I came to know after calling VSC that my FP notice has been issued and FP date is 10/21 but I haven't received notice as yet.

Can I go for FP without a notice? Will they allow?

Has anybody gone through this situation before? Appreciate any piece of advice.

Wow, that sucks.

I may be in a similar situation - it's been a while since my receipt date, but I haven't got a FP notice yet. I'm going to our local office to find out about the notice on Friday.

Generally, you can't go for the biometrics without the letter, so maybe you should speak to an immigration officer about what to do.

And again, you may still get the letter before your appointment :)

You can take a chance and try. What I have seen from my past FP appt is that they have a log with everyone who is scheduled for the day. Your name should be there on their log even if you haven't received an actual notice from VSC yet.

Tell them that when you called VSC you were told that your FP appt was scheduled for 10/21 but you haven't received an official notice.

Here goes another day - no FP notice as yet. How come both me and my lawyer don't get the letters they sent? I doubt if they even sent it. Anyhow, I called them up again and they said that they will send another FP notice but this may be too late - we may not get it before 10/21.

I also approached congressman. He said he will try to do something. Does anybody got benefited from congressman in missing FP notice situation?
