FP Notification Question

Hello All,
My 485 is filed at VSC but I live in a state, that is under NSC. I received my FP notice yesterday, which has a from address of NSC.

Is it standard or should I assume that my case has been transferred to NSC.

The AVM for my case at VSC has NOT been updated mentioning that FP has been sent.

Could you tell me when did you file your I-485 and when did you get get the approval for I-485.
