our finger print expired
i got the notice for this friday
but not for ny wife!!1 is that common!! is anybody there with similar experience

i am worried as she is leaving for india this monday and we expect that it will come in her abscence!!


anybody rescheduled in abscence

does infopass help

does this abscence will led to rejection!!!

please comments
 
It happened to me last year. Even after the PD became current last month, the spouse has not received the FP notice yet.

I finished my Code 1 FP renewal (second one after first one expired) on APril 7th. This time only I got it and not my wife. There seems to be a patter since last month lot of primary applicants got FP renewal notices by not the secondary.
 
I (primary applicant) too received an FP notice today schedule for 5/20/06. My wife didn't receive a similar notice this time.

Try to go together and explain the situation at the ASC. Your wife may be able to complete the FP. In your situation, it is worth trying. Read the following thread for more detail:

i have taken infopass appt too!

now as i understand the trend inicates that souse is getting little late FP notices...that might be good for us as my wify is going for one month.....if it comes after a month also its fine....but what if it comes when she is gone

ANY BODY HAS ANY EXPERIENCE WITH RESCHEDULING!!

I just went to see officer today and he took my and my wife's code 1
which was good as she can now go without pressure!!!
the good thing i sthat even mine was scheduled tommorow and they took today itself
!!!any comments on this early FPs

My attorney informed me that they received the original FP notice for my wife [Code 3], but not me. I am surprised that the FP notice is sent to attorney's office than to us. Did anybody experianced in the past?

BTW, what is Code 3 means?

FP notice is sent to you and a copy goes to attorney also. In our case also, my wife did not receive a FP notice at our home address but our attorney recd it. They forwarded it to us.

Code 3 means, FP of 10 fingers, digital photo, digital signature and FP of index finger. Digital photo, signature and index FP is used for printing the card and you willl not need to go for PP stamping once 485 is approved.
