My RD is the same as yours. But I am in the EB3 category. Does this make a difference ? I have not got my FP yet.

Short answer: "IT SHOULD NOT".

"The whole process is not very well organized", a reliable source mentioned to me the other day. The mailing room at VSC is always swamped and your notice could be at the bottom a big pile.

There are applicants with June and July receipt dates who are still waiting for their FP notice. You should be receiving it very soon and it is only matter of days.

We heard INS is adding more resources to clear the pending green cards (485) as early as possible. It was discussed in Congress. Is this true?
