Yes, I did call INS (TSC) twice. Fortunately both the times IIOs were very nice. First time IIO told me that my FP was already ordered but not mailed. Second time IIO said she could schedule FP notice and she really did schedule my FP notice.

do you know how many weeks it took after they scheduled your FP over phone....
