Does anyone out there have an idea how long you need to wait to get FP notice from TSC nowdays after you receice your I-1485 receipt? Thanks

I am also awaiting FP notice. I had applied 485 in Jan.
Don\'t know how long....but it takes normally 2 months at TSC...

Hi,

  Have you guys got the AP and EAD ?

  If you look at the cases in www.immitracker.com, people who filed 485 at the end of last year got FP in about 2 months.

Hi, I got my EAD approved, it took about one month after the receipt.

I am too waiting for the FP Notice. My details are:
RD-09-Jan-2001
ND-16-JAN-2001
AP-13-FEB-2001
EAD-27-FEB-2001

However, my I-140 was approved in VSC (My company is at NY) and my lawyer told me that I should file 485 in my current place of residence (Dallas, TX). Does that mean that it might take some time for my files to get transfered from VSC to TSC.

My 485 was filed on March26(Notice Date) AND
I received my parole,EAD, and FINGER Print notice
last week(april 4).
But my FP date is in May last week.
Is any one in the same boat??

Lawyer gets original FP notice, you get courtesy copy.
Either one is fine to go for FP, although the ASC people
keep the notice you give them. I strongly believe that
AVM is never updated with FP notice.

I am laso waiting for my FP notice...my RD is 22 Jan 01....
Anybody else in the same bot....who has not got his FP notice....
I am kind of worried...because TSC normally takes 2 mo....to send FP notice....

Got Travel auth.
Waiting for EAD and FP notice.

Is my EAD too late? Do I need to call the TSC?

Hi, All

    I got my FP today, here again is my info. RD Feb.27, Got EAD Mar30, AP April 6, FP April 17 and schedule to do at the end of May. It seems that TSC keeps a good normal speed to process I-485 and hope you all get good news soon.

  It is strange that very few people with 2001 ND got FP notice. If you look at the www.immitracker.com, all the people fwith 00 ND got FP. Another dumb question, earlier FP is better or not ? If it is, can we send fax to INS to request FP notice ?
