I recently received my second FP appointment - a little bit more then 2 years after my first one was done.
My husband today received his 3rd code 1 FP appointment.

I received FP that is Biometric only though my Fp expired i didn't get new Fp this is second Biometrics but fp 2 times befor in 2004 & 2005 Code 1 this time it should be FP code 1 but only biometrics I received talked to IIO said as retrogession no need for FP code 1 when ever required they will sent notice??? my PD 07/02

My EB3 case with priority date Jul 02 2001 has also been moved to NE on Feb 14 2007
I received biometric/fingerprint request on 4/2/07 after LUD update on
4/3,4/4.

My priority Date is :May 2001
Case :EB3

In the first statement you say PD is July 02 2001 and below you specified it as May 2001. Iam just curious to know since mine is also may 2001. Which service center did your application go first time before moving it to NE

I did receive FP notice after 1st one. PD August 2004. Do I have worry??
