FP Notice

I filed I485/I765/I130/I131 together over 3 months ago. I havent received EAD yet nor did any FP notice till yesterday. I got a FP notice (Code 3) scheduled for December 7. My understanding is that this notice is for I-485. Is there a separate FP notice for I-765? If I make an INFOPASS appt, can I get iEAD approved or I will need to wait for FP?

I think they will need a FP from you to give you an iEAD. You should received 2 notices one for I-765 and another for I-485. There are many problems with those notices apparently. You can wait another week to check out if you received another notice for the I-765. If not then you can make an INFOPASS (don't cost anything!)and ask how long you must wait for that other notice since you know is important to get your EAD as soon as possible.
