FP Notice

Different Identity!
The moment you apply I-485, you , spouse and kids ( if any) gets individual idenity. Everything onwards is on individual basis.
Forget FP doing to-gether on one FP, they even will not talk to you about your case if your spouse is not present near to you.
Wait.. you will get FP for your spouse also very soon.
BTW : What is code number written on FP , is it biometrics or FP notice ?

It's written fingerprints notice, code 2.
I and my spouse finished our Biometrics code 2 last week.
For some reason i got Finger Prints notice code 2 also even before i finished my Biometrics.
I am not sure if they are different are they just sent this notice because i corrected my address.
Of course our first finger prints would expire this month.

I was also in a similar situation. Me and my wife did code 2 biometrics on Aug 5th. Since I recently changed my address, another notice arrived asking asking ME to take code 2 bio at the local office. This Saturday I walked in and explained them that I already took the bio and showed them my stamped notices, they took my new bio notice and said you are all set. She said that since I already took it I don't need to give it again as it is already in their system. She took the notice and said think as if you haven't got anything. She also said that if my wife receives a similar notice, just dis-regard it.

hi va-il,
i also had a similar situation like u. me and my husband did our biometrics (code 2) first week of august 2005 from NSC. after 2 weeks. i got biomertics again . my husband didn't. i don't know why. i went there i did my code 2 second time. i don't know why they are taking second time for me alone.
