Can someone tell me whether USCIS takes the fingerprint of all fingers. I have received my FP notice. I have a small cut in my left index finger and was wondering if I need to wait till it is healed.

What is your 485 ND? I dont think you need to worry about left fingers, as you would be finger printed only right hand.

Did you get your FP for both you and your wife(incase if you are married). Also can you check with your lawyer if he received a courtesy copy on this.

When is your FP date?

They take print for all the fingures of both the hands. I did it recently on 10/12.
Any cut may be an issue, as they look at the fingures at the check in time itself.
 
They take fingure prints of both hands and all fingures.
Make sure all cut to your fingure are healed before you go there.
If they find any cut then then will give next fingure print date that will be after 87 days. You will loose 87 days for nothing.
 
I don't think that is true. I think they give 87 days not AFTER 87 days. At least that is what happened when I requested a re-schedule for spouse. That would b e so even if there is cut to the finger I guess.

My 485 ND is Aug 2004, got FP notice for 11/27 but I am going for vacation and will be back on 28th November. Wanted to cut my vacation short for 2 days but now flights are not available.
Should I reschedule the FP?
Should I go on 29th as tell them that I had flat car wheel on 27th.?
should I try for early fp.?
Please suggest guys.
 
Depends on center. Most places have no problem with early FP. You also could try your luck by just not saying anything unless asked and going when U return. Though people have said a recschedule has been known to get you a much later date recent experience at bith NY ASC and San Jose Asc shows its not much. So its your call.
