Based on the new USCIS policies, they will not issue a FP notice until it is reasonable to assume you will get approval within a 15 month frame. This will cut down on the level of repeated fingerprintings, which should speed some things up. So, if you just applied, it might be reasonable to speculate that you will be looking at a 20 months or so wait time. So, I would say expect a FP notice in 5 months or so.
