FP notice wait time ?

Is this wait time everyone is talking about is to get the FP notice(for getting the FP done) or is it post FP(after you get the FP done and submitting to the INS/FBI) ? I am just curious about the flow here..

Is this right ?
1. Get EAD and AP around the same time..
2. Get the notice for AP.
3. Get the FP approved..
4. Get the passport stamped ?(will we be notified to do this ?)
5. Get the GC

No.. FP wait time is since the time of FP submission till the time of final approval...
