FP notice to Lawyer ?

Is it correct that if we use Lawyer for 485 filing, the FP notice from TSC will go to the lawyer instead of coming to the applicant directly ?

Will anything change on the USCIS online status when FP notice is sent out ?

The FP notice goes to lawyer as well as individual in most of the cases. In some cases goes to lawyer, some cases to the individaul, we cannot predict any thing.

The message may change to -"The document we made based on the aproval or regi...blah..blah... mailed directly". This is one message that cause confusion.

I filed thru a lawyer and mine came direct to me - my RFE on the otherhand went to my lawyer - go figure

Applicant only!!! at TSC

In my case it came to me, Few of my friends also got them.

Our FP came directly to us and NOTHING changed on-line.

My wife's RFE went to lawyer.

In my case, the FP came both to me and my lawyer. I got mine from the snail mail first, then few days later, my lawyer forwarded her copy to me as well.

The oneline message had a very big delay. After we already did our FP, it changed to something like "FP sent...".
