FP Notice Received

Hi all,

FP notice recd yesterday from lawyer. Date scheduled for FP 5/2/01. I-485 ND is 1/22/01. Two points, I have been wondering about

1. I did not recv FP notice at my home address (I have not changed my residence). Don\'t they mail it to the applicant too?

2. My daughter (9 yrs) has not recd her FP notice. I think I read somewhere on this board that children her age don\'t need FP done, I am not sure though. Should we take her with us to INS office anyways?

INS will not send FP notice to you. You need to collect the notice from your lawer and take it with you when you go for FP. Your daughter will not get FP notice , since children under 14 doesn\'t required to do FP. Hope this helps.
