FP notice received

My lawyer received FP notice for me and my wife last week.

RD 8/19/99
ND 9/10/99
PD June 97

Looks like they are sending FP notices according to the ND and not the PD.

Hi,

I was under the impression that the applicant gets the FP notice directly from the INS? Do you know how it is (sometimes) sent to the attorney and not to the applicant?

My company\'s attorney is handling my case so all the correspondance with the INS is through him.

did I get u\'r 485 receipts or did the attorney get if, if u\'ve signed the "Attorney representation" - G28 I reckon all correspondence would be with the attorney.
