FP done, but...
We (myself and spouse) went yesterday (saturday) to try to get the FP done early, about 1:00 p.m. or so. Harvydonald - like you mentioned, there was plenty of parking, nobody in front of us. Security guy at the door checked the notice and gave us the form to fill. No questions about why we were early and not at the appointment time. For me, they took the prints and gave back the filled out form as the receipt. However, for my wife, they said that there was a problem with one of her fingers and told us to come back in a week or two - it was a microscopic blister or something that she didn't even realize that she had. We were initially disappointed that we couldn't complete the FP, but seeing how easy the process is (i.e. open on saturday, no waiting), it is not a big deal. At least we were lucky enough to get the notices. Folks waiting to give FPs - take care of those fingers!
I will be monitoring my status to see if they update it with FP received or something. Wouldn't be too surprised if it is not.
Patiencelesstx - keep sending the faxes. I think that it is worth it.
