I received a message from my lawyer\'s office that they have received my FP notice. My RD/ND is Nov, 99.

due date. My lawyer says, it can not be done before due date

I got the original notice. My RD-ND is in early Nov. PD is current. Other- EB3.
How long is the wait for FP- anybody knows? It also says I can take FP on Sat- is this correct?

If you check your notice. I would say which week in september
you should go (like mine says week of 19th). Yes you can also
go on Saturdays.
My Lawyer says I should not go before the due date(week). Find
out from your lawyer. I have seen some postings where fp was
done earlier than the due date.
