Hello Today my lawyer received my FP Notice from VSC.
PD AUG 96, 485 RD 09/09/1999 ND 09/27/1999
It says I can go for the specified period (7 day period beginning 08/01/2000) OR any wednesday before
october 27, 2000.

Thanx vedanta for your reply..I just called the IIO and there was a lady on the line and was very rude...I wanted to know if the FP notices have been sent out and she said it will be after 60 days!! doesnt make sense as EAC-276-XXXXX have got their FP notices and mine is EAC-257-XXXXX and i havent got it as yet!! She said my case is under review and decision will be mailed!!!!what review???I have even done my FP as yet!!INS is driving me nuts...but now i know never ever to call them again!!
